When you complete the Bootcamp 2026 application form (hosted on Tally.so), we may collect the following personal data:

Processing is based on your explicit consent provided when submitting the application form, in accordance with Peru's Law N° 29733 — Personal Data Protection Law and its Regulation (D.S. 003-2013-JUS), as well as applicable international standards.

5. Third-Party Transfers

The application form is operated by Tally.so (Tally Software SRL, Belgium). By using that form, your data is processed on Tally's servers under their own terms and privacy policy . We recommend reading them before applying.

We do not share your information with any other third party unless required by law.

6. Data Retention

We retain your data for the active period of Bootcamp 2026 (until December 31, 2026) and for up to 2 additional years for ecosystem follow-up. After that period, data is deleted or anonymized.

7. Your Rights (ARCO)

Under Peruvian Law N° 29733, you have the following rights over your personal data:
